Graham Cracker Crust:
1 1/2 c Graham cracker crumb
1/3 c granulated sugar
6 tbsp melted butter
Blend in a food processor until fine and mealy. Pack into a 9” pie dish and bake at 375F for 7 minutes.
3 cups sweetened condensed milk (2-3 14oz cans)
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c key lime juice (or regular lime juice)
1 tbsp lime zest
Preheat oven to 350F
In a medium bowl, combine condensed milk, sour cream, lime juice, lime zest. Mix well and pour into cooled graham cracker crust.
Bake for 8-10 minutes until pinhole bubbles burst on the surface of the pie. DO NOT BROWN! Chill pie thoroughly before serving. Garnish with fresh whip cream and lime slices.
